The Beautiful King Room Non-Smoking had a comfortable king bed. The room included two separate sinks in the bathroom. A rainfall shower was available and was very refreshing. The housekeeping staff refilled the fridge with water daily. This was very helpful.
The tram station is a bit of walk. It took about ten minutes to get there. I thought it was a little too far.

The staff was very nice and friendly . i even got a free room upgrade. the cleaning service came every day. I found it very reliable. the underground parking always had enough space, appreciated. the breakfast had plenty of choices, with lots of variety.
The air conditioning seemed to be centrally controlled. It was sometimes difficult to adjust it to my preferred temperature.

The staff demonstrated professionalism and attentiveness. They addressed requests promptly and efficiently. bellman kadir and supervisor kaan provided immediate assistance whenever i needed something. they were quick to come up to my room when i requested assistance. This was helpful.
